Situated in the beautiful Teme Valley, and well served by road and rail - just a two hour journey from Paddington, the surrounding landscape offers picture perfect hillside views on every side.
Two comfortable Rest Stay cottage apartments, Potter's Cottage and Molly's Rest, offer guests the peace and tranquility of time away, with none of the trappings of home.
The gardens and grounds are filled with ancient trees and wild stream-side woodland, as well as a mature landscaped garden, small orchard, paddock and meadow.
They invite gentle wandering, with a Summer House and Tree House providing quiet sheltered spots for sitting, along with a swing and plenty of cushions and blankets.
You'll find a selection of books and craft materials should you wish to explore an artistic practice, but the time is your own to explore rest as you wish.
There are a few local cafes, shops and pubs should you wish to explore further afield.
Whether you want to go for a walk, read a book, curl up on the sofa, soak in the bath, take a nap, watch a movie, draw, sew or something else, there is the opportunity to discover what is most restful for you.
One to one coaching is available to help you make the most of your time, to recognise what you need and to reflect on what you have learnt from your day. The aim however, is not just to have a day of rest, but to begin to discover how to embed a rhythm of rest into your life at home, to be able to live restfully.
All the while, birds sing, bees hum and sheep bleat in the fields.

In the grounds you'll find two hundred year oaks, beech and alders among the many species of trees.
A stream bubbles through the garden offering a hidden passage of pathways, bridges and benches. The land offers its gentle restoration to retreat and be.
